3. Immediate Access to Digital Content

4. Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.
If you request to cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be treated as completed and may not be refunded or rescheduled.
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered a missed session and may not be refunded.
If you are late for a scheduled session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. Missed time may not be added, refunded, or carried over.
5. Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are generally non-refundable once the first session has taken place or once the package has started.
Unused sessions within a package may be rescheduled subject to availability and the 24-hour rescheduling policy.
If a package has an expiry date, unused sessions must be taken before the expiry date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds for unused sessions may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Group Classes, Workshops, and Live Courses
For group classes, workshops, or live courses, refund and cancellation rules may depend on the specific offer, schedule, and access provided.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

cancellations made before access to materials or the first live session may be considered on a case-by-case basis;

once the course, workshop, or class has started, refunds are generally unavailable;

missed live sessions are not refundable;

7. Writing Feedback and Correction Services
Writing feedback, correction, review, or assessment-style services are non-refundable once work has started.
If you submit writing for review and the feedback process has already begun, the service will be considered in progress and cannot usually be cancelled or refunded.
If the work has already been completed and delivered, no refund will be issued unless required by applicable law.
8. Duplicate Payments or Payment Errors

Refunds are generally not provided for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, browser settings, software, or third-party platforms.
However, if you experience a genuine technical problem accessing purchased materials, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the content or provide an appropriate solution where possible.
10. Dissatisfaction with Educational Content
We aim to provide high-quality educational materials and services. However, purchasing a course or service does not guarantee a specific exam score, language improvement, employment result, licensing outcome, or professional success.
Refunds are not generally provided solely because:

you changed your mind after accessing the materials;

you did not complete the course;

you did not attend a scheduled session;

you did not achieve a desired OET or IELTS score;

you no longer need the service;
-
you expected a different outcome that was not expressly guaranteed.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional prices, discounts, coupons, or special offers may be time-limited and subject to specific conditions.
If you purchase a product or service at full price and a discount is later offered, we are not required to refund the difference.
Promotional purchases are subject to this Refund Policy unless different refund terms are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
12. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, emergency, or other significant situations that prevent participation.
